A maintenance or repair department
The department provides what it already has: equipment manuals, schematics, past repair records, troubleshooting notes, known failure symptoms, and component replacement history. Most of it is on paper, in scattered folders, or in a technician's head.
Aurum organizes that material into a structured internal knowledge system. A technician facing an intermittent fault can search the symptom and see how it was diagnosed the last four times, which component was replaced, and whether it recurred.
